The Mazzarulli Kitchen is an oldie but goodie. Starting in 2025 Marc Mazzarulli is coming back to the food world. After leaving for 10 years to focus on other adventures he is back. He brings back his 40 years’ experience.
He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has found his passion for food yet again. Originally opening in 1998 in Armonk NY he is back. He brings back all of the favorites from the past as well as the newest styles and trends.
The Mazzarulli kitchen can handle any style event and any size party. We can drop the food off or have our staff serve the whole event. We as here for you! You should enjoy your event and spend as many times with your guests as possible.
After selling renowned restaurants like Opus 465 and Marc Charles Steakhouse, Marc Mazzarulli stepped away from the culinary world, but not for good. Over a decade later, that same fire is back, and this time, it’s rolling through the streets in a food truck called The Loaded Kitchen, bringing quality food and affordable fresh food directly to the community.
Marc didn’t want to just join the food truck scene. He wanted to change it. Instead of offering the usual, he built a designer-dish concept centered on building your own meals. Start with a base, add your protein, top it how you like, drizzle your sauce, and boom, it’s all you. It’s an innovative food option that gives you freedom and flavor in every bite.
Whether you are in the mood for a hot bowl or a cool, crisp salad, The Loaded Kitchen lets you get exactly what you are craving. It’s chef-driven, fully customizable, and crafted with fresh ingredients, backed by decades of experience and a whole lot of heart. It’s not just food.
