After selling restaurants like Opus 465 and Marc Charles Steakhouse over ten years ago, Marc Mazzarulli is back with a new venture: a food truck called The Loaded Kitchen. This isn’t your average truck, it’s a twist on tradition with a customizable menu built for modern tastes.
Marc looked at the local food truck scene and saw what was missing. That’s how the idea for a designer dish concept was born. You pick your base, choose your protein, top it off with fresh ingredients like cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese and finish it with your favorite sauce or dressing. Build your own meal, hot or cold, bold or light, it’s all up to you.
We serve quality food with fresh ingredients, quick service, and portions that leave you full and happy. From hearty rice bowls to light arugula salads, there’s truly something for everyone.

Marc is a proud Culinary Institute of America graduate with over 40 years of experience. He’s reigniting his passion and bringing affordable gourmet food back to the streets and your events.
